Generally

The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between you as a customer and us when you shop on our website. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Placing an order means that you accept our terms and conditions of purchase and agree that we register your information so that we can fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. Some goods require that you be able to show an authorization to be purchased, such as security guard clothing with emblems, etc. This requirement can be found in the product text for each product to which this applies.

Age limit

If you are under 18 years of age, your guardian (parent) must approve the order. This is because Swedish law does not allow minors to enter into contracts, and therefore not to enter into sales contracts. If you are under 18 years of age and want to order, one of your parents must place the order for you in their own name.

Minimum order

Minimum order is 250 SEK including VAT.

Prices

VAT is included in the price at the current rate of 25%.

Payment options - Nets (0 SEK)


We collaborate with Nets, which through its payment solution Nets Easy smoothly processes payments in our online store.

NOTE: Keep in mind that some banks' debit cards require you to approve the purchase with Bank ID when making purchases on the Internet.

Encrypted and secure card payment with Nets, one of the Nordic countries' largest intermediaries of online purchases with bank and credit cards. Here you can pay with all major cards and credit cards such as Mastercard, Maestro and VISA. 0 SEK in fee for the customer. Nets has very high payment security and we are never allowed to see any card details.

Payment options - Swish (0 SEK)


Swish is a simple, fast and secure way to pay for your purchase with us using your mobile or tablet. If you don't already have Swish, you must first download the apps for Swish and Mobile BankID.

Payment with Swish works like this:

  1. Download the Swish app and the Mobile BankID app to your mobile or tablet.
  2. Place your order in our online store and select Swish as the payment method at checkout.
  3. Pay for your order now by opening the Swish app and completing the payment. Everything is already pre-filled automatically, so all you need to do is approve the payment. Then you're all set!

Delivery time

Delivery is normally within 1-3 business days after order placement. However, delivery times may be longer if there is a high volume of orders or if requested products are temporarily out of stock or must be manufactured to order.

Delivery method


We send all orders as packages. This is so that insurance will cover your goods, and that there is also a parcel number so that the package can be tracked. The package is then delivered to your nearest delivery point (parcel agent). We recommend that you fill in your mobile number at checkout for SMS notification for the shortest delivery time. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

Shipping cost

We have free shipping on all orders over 1500 SEK with the DHL Service Point shipping method (DHL's parcel agent). For orders under 1500 SEK, we have a fixed shipping fee of 99 SEK. All packages sent with the DHL Service Point service end up at the agent closest to your address. For companies, we also have the company package service, which means that the package is delivered during the day to your workplace and handed over against receipt (requires that there is always someone on site to be able to receive the package). Company packages have a fixed shipping fee of 299 SEK.

Complaints and right of return

There is always a warranty on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always receive a new item in return, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear. When exchanging, you pay the return shipping to us and we are responsible for the shipping back to you. A faulty item should be complained about immediately, but ALWAYS contact us first before sending anything. If the product is returned too late or without the return having been approved by customer service first, the return is considered invalid.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered, faultless goods without giving any reason, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the goods were received. Returned goods must be unopened and unused. However, an exception applies to our jackets, trousers, sweaters, gloves and boots, the customer has the right to try the product for fit indoors and that the original packaging must be undamaged. For an exchange to be approved, the goods must, as mentioned, be in the same condition as when you received it. Clothing, etc. must be intact and clean. Any labels must also be attached for the return to be approved. Please note that protective vests, batons and defensive sprays are considered personal protective equipment and are not covered by the right of exchange or return for safety reasons. The product packaging must also not be used as outer packaging. NOTE! A refund (credit) only applies to the price of the item(s), NOT to the cost of any invoice fees and shipping costs incurred in connection with the order.

Refund

If a refund is required, it will primarily be made using the same payment method used when ordering. Refunds are made within 30 days of the order being cancelled, but are usually quicker. This means that you can expect to receive your money back no later than 30 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal or returned a product. This time limit is stipulated by law for distance contracts (e-commerce) and contracts outside business premises, where the seller must refund the purchase price within 30 days of the consumer exercising his right of withdrawal. Act (2005:59) Chapter 3, Section 10, DistKL.

NOTE! A refund (credit) only applies to the price of the item(s), NOT to the cost of any shipping costs incurred in connection with the order if your order has already been shipped. If the order has not yet been shipped, the refund applies to the entire order amount.

For a quick and easy return/exchange, please do the following:

You as a customer are always responsible for the shipping cost back to us regardless of whether it is a return or an exchange. However, we offer the shipping cost for exchanges back to you. If the return is not sent, you as a customer are responsible for the lost product (you pay the value of the product). Our advice is that you send it back traceably as a postal package or registered letter in order to be able to track the shipment if, for example, it has been missorted at the terminal.

1. You must always first contact us via email [email protected] (not by phone) so that we can track the matter and we must also approve the return before you can send it back so that the time for open purchase has not passed, etc. Do not forget to include the order number in the email so that we can quickly see which order it concerns. If the product is returned too late or without the return having been approved by customer service first, the return is considered invalid.

2. You will then receive a response from us within 24 hours (during weekdays) that we have confirmed this. Please note that a return must be received by us within 14 days, after which the right of withdrawal expires. So please contact us as soon as you can if you regret your purchase or if you want to change the size.

3. After we have approved the return or exchange, you can package the item well (preferably in the box it was delivered in) and send it back to the address below:

Final sale

We reserve the right to expect that products may be out of stock. The order will be shipped as soon as the item(s) is/are back in stock. In the case of advance payment, the customer can choose to wait for the ordered items or receive a refund.

Damage to packages and unclaimed packages

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the agent or carrier and file a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that can be attributed to the agent's or carrier's handling, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the agent or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (normally after 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work with handling the goods, as well as the cost of the original shipping and any fees for the payment method. If this invoice is not paid, the matter will be handed over to debt collection for collection.

Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal or 14-day return period according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations.

We strive to handle your personal data in the best possible way and comply with the GDPR data protection regulation, which regulates the rules for personal data processing. The personal data we collect, store and process are only the data that is necessary for us to be able to handle your purchase, i.e. for the purpose of being able to deliver your products and receive your payment. The purpose is also to be able to possibly handle returns and complaints. The legal basis for our handling of personal data is therefore that we need the data to be able to fulfill a purchase agreement between us and you as a customer. By having your personal data saved with us, your order can be handled more smoothly and we can thus improve your shopping experience. Your IP address is saved in order to counteract fraud.

Fake orders

It is illegal to order in someone else's name without their knowledge and all such orders will be reported to the police. The IP number is recorded with all purchases.

Team selection

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of the purchase and delivery terms and conditions shall be settled in a Swedish court according to Swedish law, whereby Sundsvall District Court shall be the first instance.

SMS sending

The mobile phone number you provide at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery. Other communication is usually via the email address you provide when ordering. Please be careful to provide your email address correctly.

Force majeure

Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances and equivalent events beyond our control, which could not have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that the owner of ESP.SE is released from its obligations to fulfill entered into agreements.
